- Processing and packing generally take 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
- During high-order volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be delayed.

Important:
- Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- Delivery Delays: Orders may experience delays due to local customs processing, high demand, or shipping carrier issues.
Expedited & Overnight Shipping
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday - Friday, typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- High-volume periods may result in longer processing times, even for expedited orders.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
- We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Shipping.
- Deliveries to PO Boxes may take up to 8 business days.
- APO/FPO orders may take up to 45 days due to military mail processing.
- Pre-paid return labels are not provided for U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to Package Forwarding Companies
If you choose to ship your order to a package forwarding company, Ruby Vibe Co is not liable for any:
- Damage, defect, or loss occurring after delivery to the forwarding address.
- Missing items or incorrect claims if tracking confirms delivery to the designated forwarding location.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for items delivered to package forwarding companies
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ruby Vibe Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is missing, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Contact our support team, and we will assist where possible.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for items delivered to package forwarding companies
