International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select regions. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Important:

• Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
• Delivery Delays: Orders may experience delays due to local customs processing, high demand, or shipping carrier issues.

Expedited & Overnight Shipping

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday - Friday, typically ship the same day.
• Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
• High-volume periods may result in longer processing times, even for expedited orders.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

• We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via Standard Shipping.
• Deliveries to PO Boxes may take up to 8 business days.
• APO/FPO orders may take up to 45 days due to military mail processing.
• Pre-paid return labels are not provided for U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to Package Forwarding Companies

If you choose to ship your order to a package forwarding company, Ruby Vibe Co is not liable for any:

• Damage, defect, or loss occurring after delivery to the forwarding address.
• Missing items or incorrect claims if tracking confirms delivery to the designated forwarding location.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for items delivered to package forwarding companies
