U.S. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Ruby Vibe Co order, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Key Return Terms:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• 1 exchange per original order is allowed.

• Enter your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to process your return or exchange.

Refund Processing & Exclusions

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items not in their original packaging or used condition

Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
